My name is Seana Clarke and I’m a senior interior designer here at Holland Green architects and interiors.
We’re a high-end residential architecture interior firm with offices in Hampton and Oxford. We offer a wide variety of different services for different types of projects. These range from refurbishments and extensions to revitalise existing properties, through to listed buildings and conservation buildings which really need to be brought into the 21st century. It’s on those projects where it is always really nice to feel the history of a project, bring it forward and give it a new chapter in its life. We also do contemporary new builds as well.
We’ve worked with Strada on a variety of different projects ranging from lower-end projects where some of their more cost-effective ironmongery was a fantastic fit for the client. Even though it was a lower-end project Strada still dealt with it with professionalism as if it were a high-end project. It’s amazing to get that level of service from them.
We also work with them in the higher end of the market where bespoke handles and knobs need to be refined for the project. So working with them through the production of prototypes and production of drawings is always very efficient. They get items completed really quickly, the lead time is always fantastic and you know that when Strada are saying “Right, the lead time is going to be six weeks” then it’s going to be six weeks and there won’t be an issue with that.
Strada was one of the first suppliers and ironmongers that I was introduced to and since then we have established a very good working relationship and they have always proved to be on point. There are never any difficult questions that they can’t answer and they’re always so willing to react to any issues on-site and the clients always really love their fixtures and fittings – along with myself!
I love to recommend them to everyone because firstly, I know that they’re going to work. Secondly, I know that the finish is going to be impeccable. Thirdly, I know that what arrives on-site is going to be what we have specified. This is so important – especially when working with contractors on huge jobs – to get it right from that side so that the client is always happy with the finished product. At the end of the day that is the most important thing to all of us!
