With a brief to provide architectural hardware to suit the Art Deco-inspired refurbishment of a luxury residential property in Hampstead, Strada London supplied a full suite of ironmongery from its Compton Collection. Working for a private client in collaboration with the designer and the building contractor, Strada London was commissioned to supply the architectural hardware for this major refurbishment project. An expansive basement – featuring a gymnasium, games room and wine cellar – was added to a three-storey detached residence which backs onto London’s Hampstead Heath. The result is a stunning four-storey property with six bedrooms and six bathrooms on the first and second floors, luxurious living spaces on the ground floor and the new basement leisure areas. The Art Deco-styled hardware pieces from Strada London’s Compton Collection perfectly complement the sleek lines and muted colour scheme of the refurbished home. Finished in polished nickel and featuring Tectus® concealed hinges throughout, the Strada London ironmongery adds understated sophistication to this elegant property.
