The distinctive charm of Primrose Hill reaches far beyond the open green spaces, skyline vistas, independent cafes and cultural hotspots. The properties of Primrose Hill are renowned for their beautiful architectural legacies, but within the Victorian exteriors, contemporary interiors take sanctuary in palatial splendour.
Working alongside architect Jamie Fobert Architects and contractor Famella, Strada London supplied and created internal and external ironmongery for a five-bedroom period townhouse arranged over five storeys. The striking Gio Ponti lever handles and bespoke flush pulls were all finished in a custom bronze finish to unite the home’s elegant features with the historical undertones. Strada also supplied concealed hold-open pivots integrated with fire alarm control for the open-plan living areas.
The luxurious property steeped with history and filled with decadent Danish details now experiences pleasing functionality and a consistent, charming aesthetic throughout. The presence of Strada London’s finest architectural ironmongery has elevated the home’s extraordinary character while striking an equipoise between features of a time gone by and modern elegance.
