Listed as a Grade II Edwardian Baroque Institutional building, Furnival House was designed by architect Joseph Henry Pitt, and was used between 1616 and 1919 as a hostel house for the domestic staff of The Prudential Assurance Company. Earlier this year it was redesigned by Moxley Architects and Collett Zarzycki and rebuilt and refurbished to comprise of 15 luxury apartments for which Strada London supplied a complete Ironmongery package.
