Hope House, Great Peter Street

Previously an 8 storey building, Hope House in Great Peter Street had been converted into 13 new luxurious residential apartments by developers TH Real Estate. Strada worked for the interior designers, Interiors by Sarah Ward, to come up with a package that worked within the budget they had been allowed but still met with their specific design and finish detailing. A full package of ironmongery was required for all internal and external doors. The Berkeley Collection was primarily used throughout the project, including the use of the Portman Lever Handle and matching accessories, all finished in Polished Chrome for the internal areas of each apartment and Bronze for the communal areas. With this, Strada was able to tread the fine line between budgetary needs and offering a design and finish that satisfied all needs.
